of life, the initial steps often seem tentative and uncertain, yet these very
steps can hold the power to completely alter one's trajectory. Rasha
Al-Yemeni's journey began with self-discovery, surrounded by dreams and
obstacles. She found herself at a crossroads, torn between fear and ambition.
Instead of allowing fear to dictate her path, she chose to embrace it and take
the first steps toward an unpredictable future.

the Faculty of Law at Ain Shams University and initially worked in hotel
management. As a child, she had always dreamed of becoming a broadcaster.
However, her journey took a different turn when she was influenced by the
Nasser Military Academy and the National Anti-Corruption Academy. In 2019,
Rasha chose to pursue a career in journalism and enrolled in the National Media
Authority’s Broadcasting and Television Institute.

media industry started in radio broadcasting. She presented various programs
for Egyptian Radio and participated in Quranic storytelling. She covered
presidential elections, conducted interviews with citizens, and took part in
national discussions with ministers. Over time, Rasha’s work gained recognition
from several prestigious entities: The Armed Forces' Moral Affairs, The
Ministry of Youth and Sports. Conference awards.

further as she transitioned into presenting major conferences and covering
ministerial events. Rasha’s dedication and growth led her to the Military Media
Academy for Strategic Studies, where she honed her skills even further.

and scholars, Hana was enchanted by the world of media, where stories were woven

Hana embarked on her quest, graduating from the esteemed Misr University's
Faculty of Mass Communication. Eager to dive into her passion, she began her
journey at OnSport FM, where she transformed her innate curiosity into polished
skill over the course of a year. Soon, she joined OnE, lending her talents to
distinguished shows like Ta3mer, Style Talk, and Khabar El Youm. It was here
that Hana would learn the essence of storytelling—how to captivate an audience,

Hana, trembling yet resolute, stepped before the lens and shone like a diamond
under pressure. She passed with flying colors, setting the stage for her

canvas for her creativity and compassion, bringing forth knowledge that helped
normalize discussions about mental health and fostered self-awareness among the
Egyptian audience. Her persistence paid off as *Trauma* resonated deeply with

been to choose her own path. Since childhood, Eman Abou El Dahab had been
searching for success in a field she loved, though she wasn’t entirely sure
what it was. She went through periods of confusion and uncertainty, but the one
thing she was certain about was her deep desire to succeed and work with

University, driven by her desire to understand social relationships and human
behavior, in addition to her strong interest in psychology. Despite excelling
in her studies, she couldn’t shake the feeling that something was missing, as

in acting workshops and soon landed roles in notable productions. But even as
she pursued acting, she couldn’t stop asking herself: "How are these works
written? How are the stories that impact people created?" That question

she hadn’t originally planned to enter but was closely related to public
relations, where she had excelled. Over time, she found herself increasingly
drawn to this world, reading scripts meticulously and studying production

to a satellite network. Her natural ability to understand the market caught the
attention of colleagues and executives, earning her a distinguished reputation

with overseeing a major event for the Academy of Media Production City. Placing
his full confidence in her, he told her: "I trust no one but you to execute

became a turning point, restoring her confidence. Shortly after, she received
news of her promotion to General Manager of Marketing at Media Production City,

the series "Social", achieved impressive success, to the extent that
audiences demanded a second season. Following that, she launched the series
"Dopamine", which gained widespread popularity across the Arab world.<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:left;margin:0in 4.5pt 8pt;line-height:normal;background-image:initial;background-position:initial;background-size:initial;background-repeat:initial;background-attachment:initial;background-origin:initial;background-clip:initial;">Then came the
opportunity to produce "Aseel", another show that won over audiences.
But the journey wasn’t smooth. She faced continuous challenges, from budget
constraints to fierce competition, as well as the difficulty of being a woman

obstacles, she didn’t limit herself to production alone. She continued to
pursue her passion for marketing, successfully selling the series "Iqama
Jabriya" (Forced Stay) to top Egyptian platforms, further cementing her

pharmaceutical companies, where he became responsible for government affairs
