She also earned the Sharjah Award for Educational Excellence as a Distinguished Resources Specialist at the Arab world level, confirming that excellence is her permanent methodology. Additionally, she was twice honored as an "Employee Who Exceeds Expectations" by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum.

Her leadership vision was manifested in her role as the Director General of the Ajman Society for Social and Cultural Development. Recently, she was trained as a "Humanitarian Content Creator" in a program under the International Humanitarian Affairs Council in the UAE.

Her impact extended beyond geographical borders, as she was honored by the Arab Federation for Voluntary Work at the headquarters of the League of Arab States in Cairo in recognition of her contributions to the tolerance and peaceful coexistence campaign. She was also honored by the Saudi Red Crescent in Riyadh on International Volunteer Day, confirming her international standing. 

Her role was not limited to field work; she participated with influential working papers in international forums such as the "Volunteering is Life" forum, the Peace for Development Forum in Sharm El-Sheikh, and the Sustainability of Startups and Future Innovation Conference, proving that giving is an intellectual and strategic act before it is an effort.

Mona Al Matrooshi ventured into the world of entrepreneurship as the owner of a Salon and Spa project, in addition to being a fashion designer with her own brand, "VMS."
