حين يصبح القلم عهدا ومسؤلية ... رحلة الأستاذ سعيد زينهم ... سفير الأنسانية الذي جمع بين العلم والضمير

 

حين يُذكر الإعلام بوصفه صوتًا ينهض بالإنسان قبل الخبر، و حين تُستحضر الكلمة باعتبارها أمانة لا تقل نبلًا عن أرقى مهام الإنسان فى الحياة، ينهض اسمٌ يلمع بثبات وسط ضجيج المواقف وحدّة الأحداث الأستاذ سعيد زينهم عبد الحافظ ، الكاتب الصحفي الذى اختار أن يجعل من القلم عهدًا ومسؤولية، لا زينة مهنية ولا منفذًا سريعًا إلى الأضواء. في زمنٍ تتعرض فيه الحقيقة لأقصى أشكال التلاعب، ويغدو الخبر أحيانًا سلعةً قابلة للمساومة، يبرز الأستاذ سعيد كواحد من تلك الوجوه القليلة التي ظلت تؤمن أن الصحافة لا تزال قادرة على أن تكون ضوءً ، وأن الكلمة إذا استقامت على جدار الضمير تصبح أشبه بنبضٍ لا يَخون، وأن الإعلامى الحق هو من يظل منحازًا للإنسان قبل أى اعتبار آخر.

لم يكن صعود الأستاذ سعيد زينهم إلى الصفوف الأولى في الساحة الإعلامية حدثًا طارئًا ولا محطة وُلدت بالصدفة؛ بل كان نتاج مسارٍ متين بدأ من الأساس العلمي قبل أن يطل على الشاشات و المنابر الكبرى. فقد اختار أن يدرس الإعلام فى واحد من أهم الصروح العلمية فى المنطقة، فتخرّج فى كلية الإعلام بجامعة القاهرة، حاملاً بكالوريوس الإعلام الذى شكّل البذرة الأولى لتكوينه الفكرى والمهني.

ومنذ خطواته الأولى على مقاعد الجامعة، أدرك أن الصحافة ليست مجرد مهنة، بل طريق طويل من البحث والتقصي والتعلّم المستمر. لذلك لم يكتفِ بالشهادة الجامعية، بل استكمل تكوينه الأكاديمي بدراساتٍ عليا في الصحافة، واضعًا لنفسه قاعدة صلبة من المعرفة المنهجية التى تمزج بين النظرية والتطبيق، حتى تُوَّج هذا المسار بحصوله على الدكتوراه الفخرية من جامعة الأمـم فى تايلاند، ومن جمعية السلام النرويجية فى أوسلو، اعترافًا بقيمة تجربته ودوره الملموس فى الوسط الإعلامى. 

ومن هذا الأساس العلمى المتين، انطلقت رحلة عملية لم تعرف التردد ولا الخطوات الناقصة. فسرعان ما وجد الأستاذ سعيد نفسه فى قلب غرف الأخبار، حيث يختبر الصحفى صِدقه كل يوم، وحيث تُقاس الموهبة بمدى القدرة على التقاط جوهر الحدث وسط زحمة التفاصيل.

بدأ من عوالم الصحافة المكتوبة، من الصحيفة التى تتكوّن على مهل بين أيدى المحررين، قبل أن يستكمل حضورَه فى فضاءات أوسع، متنقلاً بين مؤسسات صحفية راسخة، ليتدرّج من محرر يجيد التقاط الخبر وصياغة العنوان، إلى قيادى يضع الخط التحريرى ويرسم رؤية المؤسسة. 

وعلى امتداد تجربته المهنية، تتابعت خبراته وتشكلت عبر صحف ومؤسسات شتى، فشغل منصب رئيس تحرير جريدة "زهرة التحرير"، ثم مدير تحرير جريدة "الوطنى اليوم"، ومدير تحرير جريدة "الوطن العربى"، وتولى رئاسة قسم الأخبار فى جريدة "الأحرار" اليومية، كما عمل محررًا بالديسك المركزى لجريدة "الوفد". 

هذه السلسلة من المواقع المهنية لم تكن مجرد عناوين تُضاف إلى السيرة الذاتية، بل كانت مراحل صقل وتجربة، يزداد فيها وعيه كل يوم بطبيعة المهنة وحدود المسئولية، وكيف يمكن أن تتحول الجريدة إلى منبرٍ حقيقى لنبض الناس لا مجرد ورقٍ يطويه النسيان. 

 

وعند التوقف أمام تاريخه المهني بتأملٍ أعمق، تتكشف أمامنا صورة صحفي لم يعرف الانغلاق فى نطاق محلى ضيق، بل انفتح على فضاءات عربية ودولية أوسع، فكان مراسلًا لجهات إعلامية دولية مرموقة؛ من بينها وكالة الأنباء الألمانية، ووكالة الأنباء السعودية لإثنى عشر عامًا كاملة، وصحيفة الأنباء الكويتية بمكتبها فى القاهرة، وصحيفة الدبور فى باريس، و صحيفة الشاهد، وصحيفة المدينة فى المملكة العربية السعودية، وصحيفة البيان فى دولة الإمارات. 

 

تلك التجارب المتنوعة لم تمنحه فقط مهارة التعامل مع بيئات إعلامية مختلفة، بل صقلت لديه حسًّا عابرًا للحدود، يدرك تركيب المشهد الإقليمى وتشابك مصالحه، ويعى كيف يمكن للصحفى أن يظل وفيًّا لحقيقة واقعه الوطنى، وفى الوقت نفسه قادرًا على مخاطبة عوالم أبعد بلغة مهنية رفيعة. 

 

ومع تنامى الخبرة، تقدّم الأستاذ  سعيد زينهم بخطى ثابتة إلى مواقع القيادة فى مؤسساتٍ باتت اليوم علامات واضحة فى الفضاء الإعلامى العربى والمصرى. فهو يشغل حاليًا منصب رئيس تحرير جريدة وموقع "الأمة"، حيث يمسك ببوصلة الخط التحريرى للجريدة وموقعها الإلكتروني، ويقود فريقًا من الصحفيين الشباب والخبراء، واضعًا نصب عينيه أن تظل المنصة منبرًا للرأى المسئول، لا صدى لصوت عابر.

كما يتولى رئاسة تحرير بوابة "مدن الإخبارية "، ليكون حاضرًا فى ملفٍ بالغ الأهمية يتعلق بالتوسع العمرانى والتنمية والتخطيط للمستقبل، إلى جانب عمله مدير تحرير موقع "البشاير"، وهو موقع اخباري وإلكترونى يسعى إلى تقديم محتوى سريع دون التفريط فى الدقة والمصداقية. 

 

وإلى جانب هذه المناصب التحريرية، يواصل حضوره الفعال من خلال موقعه كنائب لرئيس الاتحاد الدولى للصحافة العربية، و عضويته فى الاتحاد العربى للتضامن الاجتماعى التابع لجامعة الدول العربية، بالإضافة إلى عمله مستشارًا إعلاميًا لنقابة المصريين فى الخارج، ومستشارًا إعلاميًا لمنظمة السلام الأوروبية، ومستشارًا لمركز الكلى بالمنصورة؛ و هى مواقع تعكس ثقة مؤسسات مختلفة فى قدرته على الجمع بين الرؤية الإعلامية والخبرة العملية والوعى الإنسانى. 

 

ولم يتوقف امتداد دوره عند حدود المؤسسات المهنية وحدها، بل تجاوزها إلى مساحات لها طابع إنسانى وروحى وتاريخى، حين أُسندت إليه مهمة المستشار الإعلامى للهيئة العليا للسادة الأشراف، وهى مسؤولية تمزج بين الوعى بأبعاد التاريخ والهوية، وبين القدرة على تقديم صورة رشيدة ومتوازنة عن تلك المؤسسة ودورها الاجتماعى والروحى.

 

و فى الموازاة، برز اسمه "كـسفير للمناخ" و "سفير للإنسانية"، ليست تلك مجرد ألقابٍ بروتوكولية، بل تعبير عن انشغاله الدائم بقضايا البيئة ومستقبل الكوكب، وبالإنسان كقيمة عليا تتقدم على كل الحسابات الضيقة. فالإعلامى الذى يراقب تبدّل أحوال المجتمعات لا يمكنه أن يتجاهل ما يجرى على مستوى الكوكب من تحديات مناخية، كما لا يمكنه أن يغض الطرف عن آلام البشر و آمالهم؛ لذا جاء هذا التوصيف امتدادًا طبيعيًا لمسار مهنى وفكرى يضع العدالة والوعى فى قلب اهتمامه.

 

ومن يراقب مسيرة الكاتب الصحفى سعيد زينهم يدرك أن وجوده فى المجال العام لم يكن يومًا وجودًا هامشيًا أو عابرًا، بل اختيارًا واعيًا لممارسة دور أكثر اتساعًا من حدود قاعات التحرير. فقد شاء أن يتقدم بنفسه إلى ساحة التمثيل البرلمانى، مرشحًا لمجلس النواب عن دائرة طلخا /نبروه فى انتخابات عامى 2015 و 2020، حاملاً معه رصيدًا من الخبرة الصحفية و فهمًا عميقًا لاحتياجات الناس وقضاياهم.

لم ينظر إلى البرلمان باعتباره منصة جديدة للوجاهة، بل امتدادًا طبيعياً للصوت الذى حمله طويلًا فى الصحافة؛ صوت المواطن البسيط، و صوت القرية و المدينة، وصوت من يبحث عن دولة أكثر عدلاً و إنصافًا. حتى وإن حسمت صناديق الاقتراع نتائج اللحظة، تبقى التجربة ذاتها دليلاً على قناعته بأن الكلمة حين تبقى على الورق تفقد نصف قوتها، وأنها حين تتحول إلى فعل فى الميدان السياسى تكتسب حياة أخرى و مدًى أبعد.

 

إن ما يميّز الأستاذ سعيد زينهم لا يتمثل فى تعدد المناصب التى تولاها، و لا فى كثرة المؤسسات التى عمل بها، على أهمية كل ذلك، بل فى الخيط الأخلاقى الذى يربط بين هذه التجارب جميعًا. 

 

ففى كل موقع شغله، ظل ثابتًا على قناعة أن الإعلام رسالة قبل أن يكون حرفة، وأن الصحافة موقف قبل أن تكون وظيفة. 

 

لهذا عرفه زملاؤه قائدًا صارمًا فى المعايير، دقيقًا فى متابعة التفاصيل، لكنه فى الوقت ذاته قريب من الناس، قريب من فريقه التحريرى، يساند الموهوبين، و يفتح أمام الشباب أبواب الفرصة والتعلم. 

 

لم يكن من أولئك الذين يحتكرون الضوء لأنفسهم، بل من الذين يدركون أن نجاح المؤسسة لا يُبنى على فرد واحد، بل على فريق من العقول والقلوب المؤمنة برسالتها.

 

كما له دور البارز كمنتج برامج للعديد من القنوات التلفزيونية، حيث لم يكتفِ بإدارة المحتوى المكتوب، بل شارك فى صناعة الصورة المرئية وما تحمله من رسائل، مؤمنًا أن المشاهد يستحق محتوى يليق بعقله ووقته. 

فلم يكن التكريم بعيدًا عن تاريخٍ كهذا؛ إذ جاءت الألقاب و المواقع الاستشارية و الرمزية التى أحاطت باسمه تعبيرًا طبيعيًا عن مسيرة امتدت لعقود من الالتزام والجدية. فاختياره ممثلًا لمصر فى اتحاد التلفزة الإفريقى، وعضوًا فى نقابة الصحفيين المصريين، ومستشارًا لجمعيات ومؤسسات مهنية وإنسانية متعددة، ليست سوى شواهد على ثقة دوائر واسعة فى قدرته على الجمع بين الفهم العميق لقواعد المهنة، وبين الحضور الإنسانى الذى يضفى على أى موقع يشغله بعدًا من الطمأنينة و الاتزان. 

تبدو مسيرة الصحفى الأستاذ سعيد زينهم شاهدًا حيًّا على أن النجاح لا يولد فجأة، بل هو حصيلة أعوامٍ من الإصرار والشغف و الالتزام. وهو مثال للإعلامى الذى جمع بين الدراسة الجادة و الخبرة الطويلة، بين الحضور المهنى والبعد الإنسانى، بين العمل داخل المؤسسة و الانخراط فى قضايا المجتمع. 

اسمه اليوم ليس مجرد سطر فى سجل الصحافة المصرية و العربية، بل عنوان لمسارٍ امتزج فيه العلم بالفعل، والفكر بالضمير، والاحتراف بالإبداع. 

و حين يذكره من عاصروه أو عملوا معه، فإنهم لا يستدعون فقط صورة رئيس تحريرٍ أو مستشارٍ إعلامى، بل صورة إنسان اختار أن يبقى وفيًا للكلمة الحرة، و أن يجعل من الإعلام جسرًا بين الحقيقة والناس، لا جدارًا يحجب عنهم الرؤية. 

بهذا المعنى، يظل سعيد زينهم سفيرًا للإنسانية قبل أن يكون سفيرًا للمناخ، وصوتًا للوعى قبل أن يكون مجرد اسم فى ترويسة صحيفة، لتبقى قصته نموذجًا حيًا على أن الكلمة حين تُصان و تصون، تصبح قدرًا من الضوء لا يزول.

He is the journalist who chose to make the pen a covenant and a responsibility, neither a professional ornament nor a quick gateway to the limelight. In an era where truth is subject to extreme manipulation and news often becomes a negotiable commodity, Mr. Saeed stands as one of those few faces who still believe that journalism is capable of being a light, that a word aligned with conscience becomes a pulse that never betrays, and that a true media professional remains biased toward humanity above all other considerations.

 

Mr. Saeed Zenhom's rise to the front ranks of the media arena was neither an incidental event nor a milestone born of chance; rather, it was the result of a solid path that began with a scientific foundation before appearing on major screens and platforms. He chose to study media at one of the most important academic institutions in the region, graduating from the Faculty of Mass Communication at Cairo University. His Bachelor’s degree formed the first seed of his intellectual and professional development.

 

From his first steps in university halls, he realized that journalism is not merely a profession, but a long road of research, investigation, and continuous learning. Therefore, he did not settle for a university degree but supplemented his academic formation with postgraduate studies in journalism, establishing a solid base of methodological knowledge that blends theory and practice. This path was eventually crowned by receiving honorary doctorates from the United Nations University in Thailand and the Norwegian Peace Association in Oslo, in recognition of the value of his experience and his tangible role in the media community.

 

From this firm scientific foundation, a practical journey began that knew no hesitation. Mr. Saeed soon found himself at the heart of newsrooms, where a journalist tests their sincerity daily and where talent is measured by the ability to capture the essence of an event amidst a crowd of details. He began in the world of print journalism, where newspapers are carefully crafted by editors, before expanding his presence into broader spaces, moving between established press institutions. He rose from an editor skilled at capturing news and drafting headlines to a leader who sets editorial policy and shapes the institution's vision.

 

Throughout his professional career, his expertise flourished across various newspapers and institutions. He served as Editor-in-Chief of Zahrat al-Tahrir newspaper, Managing Editor of Al-Watani Al-Youm, and Managing Editor of Al-Watan Al-Arabi. He also headed the news department at Al-Ahrar daily and worked as an editor on the central desk of Al-Wafd newspaper. This series of professional positions were not merely titles added to a CV, but stages of refinement where his awareness of the profession’s nature and the limits of responsibility grew daily, learning how a newspaper can become a true platform for the people's pulse rather than just paper destined for oblivion.

 

Upon reflecting deeper on his professional history, the image of a journalist emerges who did not settle for a narrow local scope but opened up to broader Arab and international spaces. He served as a correspondent for prestigious international media outlets, including the German Press Agency (DPA), the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) for twelve full years, the Kuwaiti Al-Anba newspaper (Cairo office), Al-Dabbour in Paris, Al-Shahid, Al-Madina in Saudi Arabia, and Al-Bayan in the UAE. These diverse experiences granted him more than just the skill of dealing with different media environments; they sharpened a cross-border sense within him, allowing him to understand the complexities of the regional scene while remaining faithful to the truth of his national reality.

 

With growing experience, Mr. Saeed Zenhom stepped steadily into leadership positions in institutions that are now landmarks in the Arab and Egyptian media landscape. He currently serves as the Editor-in-Chief of Al-Omma newspaper and website, guiding its editorial compass and leading a team of young journalists and experts to ensure the platform remains a voice for responsible opinion. He also serves as the Editor-in-Chief of the Modon News portal, focusing on urban expansion and development, alongside his role as Managing Editor of Al-Bashayer, a news site striving for speed without compromising accuracy or credibility.

 

In addition to these editorial roles, he continues his active presence as Vice President of the International Union of Arab Press, a member of the Arab Union for Social Solidarity (affiliated with the Arab League), Media Advisor to the Syndicate of Egyptians Abroad, Media Advisor to the European Peace Organization, and Advisor to the Mansoura Kidney Center. These positions reflect the trust of various institutions in his ability to combine media vision, practical experience, and human awareness.

 

His role extended beyond professional institutions into humanitarian, spiritual, and historical spaces when he was appointed Media Advisor to the High Authority of the Ashraf (descendants of the Prophet). This responsibility blends an awareness of history and identity with the ability to present a rational and balanced image of the institution's social and spiritual role.

His selection as a representative of Egypt in the African Television Union, his membership in the Egyptian Journalists Syndicate, and his roles as a consultant for various professional and humanitarian organizations are testaments to the widespread trust in his deep understanding of the profession.
